By engaging with our customers we found that their biggest problem when it came to attending training is that it can be hard to find the time to attend classes that have a set schedule. So we've come up with a  different approach to training, our Manual Handling Courses can now be completed fully online with no time schedules. You are in complete control of how and when you learn. Our Online Manual Handling Courses make it as easy as possible for you to complete the course in your own time and on your own terms as we offer different ways to complete the course to try and suit everyone.

Which Manual Handling Course Will Suit You

Online Manual Handling Theory Course

Our online manual handling theory course is suited for employees who are involved in low risk work that does not require practical manual handling lifting or those who have already arranged a practical lifting session via video link, video upload or in person. Our online manual handling theory course explains the requirements of Irish manual handling law including anatomy, injury, dynamic risk assessment and explains lifting techniques in detail. Our course teaches employees and employers to identify hazardous manual handling and implement appropriate solutions to avoid the need to lift.

  • Theory Certificate Awarded
  • CPD Accredited - 1 Credit

Online Manual Handling Theory with Video Upload of Practical Lifts

Our online manual handling course with video upload of you lifting, is ideal for all employees who are involved in manual handling at work. You will complete your online manual handling theory, and then in the final module you will need to submit 3 videos of you performing 3 practical lifts (which can be done at any time). Then our QQI certified assessor will review your lifts within 48 hours (72 hours if submitted Friday) and advise if they are acceptable. Once we confirm that you have a clear understanding of how to lift correctly a full certificate will be awarded.

Online Manual Handling Theory with Live Video Link Practical Training

Our online manual handling course with Live Video Practical session, is ideal for all employees who are involved in manual handling at work. You will complete your online manual handling theory, then in the final module you can book your practical session with our QQI Level 6 Instructor which will be held over zoom. Once we confirm that you have a clear understanding of how to lift correctly a full certificate will be awarded.
